The goal of Shashi Welfare Society is to bring about social, economic, cultural and political development of the poor by providing them support.

The mission of the organization is “To provide livelihood and social security services at the door step of every poor household to ensure their financial sustainability that will ensure creation of an environment where they are able to choose among the alternatives available to them”.
